Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is very useful to treating injury and chronic pain. During Massage treatment, the individual will by lying down on a table without clothing. Specific areas can be addressed, according to the needs of the individual. Individuals can expect to feel some soreness for a period after the massage, this is normal and should not last for more than two days.

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage originated in India over 1000 years ago and began as a way of keeping the hair in good condition. It is based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda. Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is a therapy that uses essential oils, often through massage. It is based on the belief that scents have the power to transform emotions and to heal the body. Essential oils can contribute to or achieve many physiological and psychological effects. The essential oils can be used by inhaling them (in a steam bath or oil burner for example), or by applying them to the skin, with a carrier oil.

This will help you relax and enjoy your fully scheduled session without feeling rushed. Before the session, let your massage therapist know what your needs are. During the massage session, report any discomfort, whether it is from the massage or anything else — room temperature, music volume, lighting, etc. Feel free to give feedback on the amount of pressure, speed of movement, etc. Most massage takes place with your undergarments on but you are fully draped at all times. If you do not want to remove all your clothing, wear clothing that you will be comfortable in so the therapist can easily move and work on the body parts that he/she is addressing. It is important to be open and trust in the professionalism of the therapist. We ask that you stay professional at all times, or will be discharged from our spa for inappropriate behavior. If anything happens during the massage that seems improper, ask the massage therapist to stop. You also have the right to end the session.
